About Me

As a kid, I never believed that it was possible to have a career in sports. That was until I received the opportunity to announce for my high school's baseball team. Ever since that experience I have been determined to make a living doing what I love most. 
I grew up in the small town of Ellsworth, Wisconsin, in which one of the things we had to look forward to was high school sporting events. This source of entertainment is what sparked my drive to enter the journalism world.
After leaving Ellsworth, I headed to Iowa State University to pursue a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications. I am currently a junior at Iowa State, and am the Sports Editor for the Iowa State Daily during the 2022-23 academic year.
